SureStay Hotel by Best Western Jasper

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived late in the evening and front desk clerk was able to get us checked in quickly. She was able to get us into a room by the front door which was very helpful for elderly family member with a walker. —- Wish there had been individual bedside lights or a lamp between the beds instead of a single switch for super bright lights that came on in the ceiling above the head for both beds. It also would have been helpful to have a bedside clock/ alarm. My mom is 88 and does not use a cell phone and was disappointed the only clock was on the microwave screen across the room and could not be seen from the bed.

Horrible place to stay, especially with your family. Dirty microwave and dresser drawers, A/C is loud as hell, and the TV is old and tiny so don’t expect to watch much tv

Booked hotel for 3 family members and service dog in two separate rooms. Very dated. Rooms have doors to outside only. Sheets had stains. Remote had something crusty on it.

Very basic...not sure why they charge for a dog, but a kid stays for no charge. Beakfast area extremely cramped. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Overpriced for what you get. Ok for over night.

Was required to put an unexpected $100 deposit down at check in to insure nothing was taken from the room. Shame on Best Western for allowing this to go on. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but a family traveling on a budget might be a different story.
