The place felt very clean. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfy! Bathroom was large, the fold out couch was great for one kid but a little small for 2. The pool is indoors but was really cold and quite small. The breakfast was incredible!!

This hotel seems to be going through a little renovation but open for business. The countertops at checkin were completely missing, no countertops just studs. The bedside table between the beds was a little detached, and hanging off the wall slightly. Also one of the bedside reading lights did not work at all. Service: there were only 3 towels provided for our family of 4 and literally, 3 tissues then the box was empty with no backup. Breakfast was underwhelming. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk. When we arrived in our room it was obvious that it was in the middle of some type of repair with the nightstand in the middle of the two beds completely missing. In its place was a fold up table and a lamp. No plugs at all. In order to plug in anything we had to get on the floor with our flashlight to see where the actual plug was. Unacceptable condition. To add to the problem, there were guests running up and the halls, banging on doors they had been locked out of and playing loud music. I understand you can’t control guests but the room condition the hotel could control. Worst experience my family has had lately in any hotel, much less a Marriott affiliated hotel.

We are a family of 5 and stayed 3 nights. My kids enjoyed the pool. Everything in our room was clean. I accidentally booked the wrong size room and they were able to correct it immediately. I appreciate that. Breakfast was great lots of choices! Would definitely stay again. The only downside was the roll away was like sleeping on straight coils. There was no padding on it. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor.

This hotel is nice. The room, including the bathroom were nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The area the hotel is in is nice. Lots of choices of places to eat and shop right there. Very convenient to I65. The only complaint I have (and this is about every hotel) is noise. The evening I checked in, I could hear people outside in the halls (with kids). My door was shut, the a/c was running and I was watching TV. The morning after I checked in, I would've loved to sleep in a little but wasn't able to because I could hear the person in the room above me walking. Not stomping, not running, and there weren't kids. Just what sounded like one person walking. I don't hear that much noise from other rooms/floors in my own home and I have two teenagers in the house! I'll never understand why hotel owners/developers/builders don't bother with more soundproofing in the walls, floors and ceilings. It's like they say "nah, let's skip that soundproofing stuff and have people pay $100+ per night and hear everything that everyone else staying here is doing!" But like I said, my noise complaint isn't specific to the Fairfield Inn and Suites. I feel like this about all hotels and despite the noise issue, I would stay here again. I'll just have to remember to pack some ear plugs.
