Checkin was great and the room was very nice and clean. We had a double queen suite. The reason I rated this low is because after check in I notified the front desk that our ac wasn’t working properly, it’s summer. Neil stated to turn the ac up to 70 and turn the fan on. Which I did to no avail. He also said he’d send maintenance and they never came. I called several more times and they said they had nothing else big enough for our family. The next morning I call&go to the front desk. They assure me they will get maintenance there. Nope! This goes on all day into the evening at midnight I finally am able to get the desk to give me a fan. Take it to the room and it doesn’t blow very well at all it broken. I resort to dipping towels in ice water and laying the over myself and my children. The temps were 87-97 during our stay plus humidity in Alabama. I did not sleep but a few hours because it was so hot and trying to keep my kids cool. The maintenance guy finally showed up 3 hours before we check out and said there’s no refrigerant and it’s frozen over so it will not cool. He also said that he had told the hotel to get bigger units for the large rooms because they are the same units from when hotel was built and they haven’t. The hotel satisfaction statement says if your not happy the stay is on them and that’s a lie. I still had to pay for a night which should have been refunded. I’m not happy at all.

Its family and pet friendly. I traveled with 3 adults. 2 kids, and a puppy. Beds are not comfortable. There was a dip in the middle of the mattress. When you drive 6.5 hours coming from a resort in Florida with plush mattresses to this, its bound to give back problems. I wish the beds were a bit softer. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and you could feel the bars beneath you. I like how spacious the rooms are. The full kitchen was nice. The bathroom is a bit small. Laundry is coined operated but we brought no cash. So I couldn't use it. They have an onsite mini market to buy snacks and essentials. Prices are a bit inflated. Staff is super friendly and nice which is a plus. Breakfast served 6am-10am. Check out time is 12pm. Which will allow us to keep our puppy here as we go to the space museum for a couple hours. Everything is in close proximity.

Perfect location to visit the city with kids ❤️

This hotel was perfect for us. Very clean, super friendly staff. We loved the comfort of the room. My kids had ample room to play, and my husband had ample room to work ;). Pool was nice. Very close to restaurants and shops. Has a coin laundry, which was perfect for us since this was our 3rd stop on our road trip.

Great location and easily accessible. The suite was nice and clean. We had plenty of room with 4 adults and a baby.
