The room had ants. We noticed them the first day, but not that bad. The second night, there were hundreds if not thousands. We are covered in bites. I had to gather my kids and all of our stuff and leave in the middle of the night. I was offered another room but if I was packing already and leaving the next morning, what was the point? At least the manager offered a future discount, but we won’t be going back. I was denied even a partial refund.

I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel. My family and I stay here all the time when we come to see relatives and this time it seems like the quality of the rooms have gone down. The towels were dingy, and there wasn’t much lighting in the room.
