We stayed fir 5 nights for a family wedding , there were 6 of us including 1 child , and a baby of 14 months . We checked in , my son had asked for a cot and the sofa bed to be sorted by the time we returned early evening to find there was no cot and the sofa wasn’t made up !The cot then arrived , and the bedding for the sofa , they were expected to make it themselves . We had to ask for coffee to be replenished each day , also towels . Some days the bed wasn’t made . The swimming pool didn’t have any facilities to change . You had to drip back to the room . Would not recommend this hotel , we have stayed in lots over the years but this does not come up to standard .

The elevator was broken so it took quite a while to get a ride up in the one that worked. Breakfast was $27 a person for a hideous buffet. My kids got 2 quesadillas and 2 cokes and it was $56 - food priced terribly high and they appeared to be understaffed.

4 out of 5 stars

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and we never actually received the call we were promised letting us know our room was ready. But, when we went back after dinner we were able to check in and were accommodated for the fact that a room with two doubles was not available due to overbooking. Overall they took great care of us and I think the delay was more from housekeeping being overwhelmed than anything. Several events were in town so the hotel was extremely busy. The breakfast buffet was great although overpriced. $80 for a family of 4 is a bit much. Convenience won over and we went with it though. Overall our room was clean and quiet, and extra linens were delivered almost instantly. My only “complaint” was the delay in room availability. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
