Check-in staff was great. Morning staff seemed like they had more important things to do. Stayed at end of first floor, non smoking, but not sure policy enforced. Breakfast was great, room was great, TV during breakfast was set to Non-kid friendly channel with lots of children in area. No staff around to ask for change.

We had a great stay! The staff was very patient considering there were a million teenage baseball players and their families at the hotel! Great experience! Rooms were clean and spacious! Only complaint we have is that the washer had black mold which it stained all over our white baseball pants!!! And $8 pet load is pretty pricey for stained pants! This is no reflection on the staff, it’s a reflection on maintenance of the washers! Front load washer gaskets have to be cleaned regularly to prevent mold and that isn’t occurring!

We had a great stay here. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Its in a great area with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

I booked a room with a bath tub as my toddler is afraid of showers. I was given a room with a shower. Not a big deal. When it’s time for me to take my shower, the shampoo dispenser is completely empty and I had to use body wash. Again, not a big deal. Our air conditioner quits working in the middle of the night and I try to use the phone to call the front desk. The room phone doesn’t work. Yes it was plugged in. Not a big deal. I look up the number to the hotel and call the front desk. She apologizes and tells me she will switch rooms but I have to come downstairs to get the new room key. So my toddler and I walk downstairs and get the new room key but we have to go back to our old room to grab our things. Now the old room key doesn’t work. So we have to go back downstairs to get that reactivated. Go back upstairs grab our things and move rooms. While these issues by themselves would have been no problem, the fact that it happened all in one stay made my experience disappointing to say the least. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Great breakfast, nice area, and good for families

Super clean, fairly new building. Location from highway was a little tedious, but worth the effort. Good variety for breakfast with both hot and cold options. Staff was on point, ready to serve, and very clear. In a unique situation, there was bad thunderstorms during the night of our stay, including possible tornadoes in the area. The front desk clerk was well-advised on what to do and how to proceed if such an emergency should suddenly arise, and was able to give me clear instructions in advance, which added an extra level of care to my stay. I felt my family and I were in good hands! (Thankfully, through the night we never ended up in more than just a Tornado Watch alert.)
