Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Trussville

We finally found the place, we will stay while visiting our family in this area. We have stayed in lots of different hotels and this was the best, very friendly staff and well taken care of. The room was so comfortable. We switched from Marriott up the street from here after years.. thanks for making this property better. We will be back next month, to visit family again. Staying here!

My stay was awesome The room was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing. My family and I would definitely return.

We got in late and the front desk clerk was so very nice! She informed is about breakfast, gave the kids coloring sheets. She was just very nice and professional!

Nothing unique a typical Hilton hotel with the expected amenities. The problem was the amenities were mostly closed probably due to covid-19 protocol still in place. Which was disappointing because my kids were really looking forward to using the pool. I only stayed three nights but there were three people in the room and I had a total of two rooms because my other two kids were in that second room so I told her five people. Our rooms were never cleaned we didn't get replacement towels toiletries or soap somewhat disappointed. Also breakfast was not included with your stay it was made to order and you paid additional. What sucked about the areas there's not a IHOP or Denny's just a waffle house which I'm not crazy about. No other breakfast places either unless you want to go to McDonald's.

Latoya was fantastic at my check in and Sheneca was wonderful at my check out. I had a family emergency and Sheneca was very helpful in getting me on my way. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. The dinner the 1st evening was also terrific and the bartender was entertaining!
