We booked here last minute as the place we had been staying in was awful & we left it early! From the minute we went into the Glynhill it was so much bettet! The receptionist was lovely & very helpful! Food was lovely - although my son wished there was sausage & chips on the kids menu (he said it wouldve been perfect if there was! There was loads of parking available too. We used the pool yesterday, myself & my autistic 11yr old son. He cant change himself, & understandably ladies dont really want a boy gos age in their changing room. So we had to use the disabled toilet to get ready & to get dressed again which wasnt ideal. The pool itself though was great, shallow end for kids & a bit deeper at the other end. Was good temperature too! All in all we loved it & would definitely stay there again & would also recommend it to others.

Overnight stay before flying from Glasgow airport. A very good hotel close to Glasgow airport. There was ample parking and we were greeted warmly on arrival. We were allocated a larger family room without having to ask. We didn’t have dinner st the hotel but there are lots of options including a decent bar. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The only downside was the lack of air con in the room and the configuration of the lights (no bedside lamps). All minor and not an issue.

Property is old and needs a renovation, main entry glass was very dirty on ceiling, landscape needs a gardener. Pool was not a "spa" just a bunch of kids splashing around. Where the dinner restaurant was very good the breakfast was a greasy mess buffet and $40 for it is a rip off..sorry. an omelet station would be nice Traditional Scottish breakfast, it is not. Old cold and drowning in grease..

The property itself was fine. Maybe needs a bit of updating. Staff were welcoming. I came through to Paisley because it was my sister's birthday. We had a family lunch. The meal was cold and in my sister's case inedible. We sent the food back. It came back fresh from the microwave minus the brussel sprouts. My sister decided just to have soup. The waiting staff were helpful but there is something seriously wrong in the kitchen. They did take money off the bill. However, the family lunch was ruined!

This was our last stop before heading home from a 16 day vacation. It was one of our favourite hotels! The food was excellent! Breakfast was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool! (Getting towels was a little convoluted, we needed to get them from our hotel to avoiid paying a service fee). Staff was helpful! Room was clean and spacious!

Nice clean hotel, lovely breakfast. Good sized family room. Weekend stay so unfortunally it was very noisey with wedding guests and didnt get much sleep due to this. Would stay again but maybe not at a wkd or ask for a room further away from function room.

Check in went ok. Room was big but cold on arrival. There was only 2 sets of towels but 3 of us. The food - birthday event - was messed up. They gave us the wrong soup for my toddler who has allergy, then forgot about her main, before to bring her the wrong thing. Spoke to reception at check out and this was going to be feedback to the team. My gluten free roll was cold... The food for the other guest was hardly hot. So not ideal there. Staid before with no issues, Maya have just been because it was an organised event, but I would expect same standard either way.

I met up with my family for the weekend . We are a family of 9 and most live abroad so we try and meet up at least twice a year. The family are from Paisley originally and we have been staying at the Glynhill for the last 30 years. The hotel is great and the staff are lovely and helpful and that’s the reason we keep returning.
