I know it was outside, but all the cigarette butts all over the floor even though there were ashtrays, other than that it's a lovley hotel and l would recommend it to my friends and family 😊

Great location. West end of Glasgow is the only really nice place to visit in the city. Grosvenor is the only large hotel in the immediate area. I’m from the city but live in London now, but visit relatives regularly. The Grosvenor is convenient but really needs a large amount of money spent on it to bring it back to its best, as in my childhood. Nice to stay for a few nights but more of a slightly run down three star that needs some love. Staff and service excellent though.

Love the location of this hotel. I stayed at the hotel in September and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, our family had 3 different double rooms in the back of the hotel and they were very disappointing. While the beds were nice, the property has not been well maintained. The bathroom doors were all scratched and beat up. There were holes in the walls and in need of paint. I hope that they focus on maintaining the hotel bc it has so much potential.
