We had a family room and it was very large. Walkable to all the sites.

It's is so close to the train station, bus stop, hop on hop off stops and especially so close to The London Eye/ Restaurants & The Bean where my kids love to go.

Perfect for us with 2 adults and an adult child. Extra room with bunk bed worked great. Easy walk to old town.

Great little room for our family's needs. Very convenient to everything in the center of Edinburgh including the Castle and the Royal Mile.

We loved this property! Room was very spacious like an apartment with great city view. Ample natural light and plenty of space for our family of 4. Very convenient location with close proximity to many restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. Breakfast was worth the extra cost. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Great location to explore Edinburgh and only 5 mins from the Castle, West End and 3 mins from the nearest tram stop. At over £340 for a two night stay I would have expected a little bit more but conscious that hotels are 40% more expensive than 2-3 years ago. That said, all the plug sockets in our room less one double socket were blanked off meaning we were restricted on what could be plugged in, especially when you needed a fan on (maybe this is part of the Eco strategy). There was no view from the window at all with frosted glass meaning that even if there was you couldn't see out. I acknowledge the need for a child safety lock on the window but it would have been nice to be able to open it fully (we were both adults) to allow some air into the room. Bathroom clean and tidy but make sure you breathe in whilst attempting to get in and out of the shower cubicle. Storage facility for baggage on last day was great. Apart from the above, it met our needs and I would most likely use this hotel again for location if the price was better.

Great location and a very kind & service minded front desk. We travelled with a large group of people and stayed in the family rooms, even though we all are tall the bunk beds were absolutely fine to sleep in. Perfect for us who wanted something close to everything and a place to drop off everything and have a nice night of sleep, definitely recommend this hotel!
