Extremely disappointing. We did not receive the room we ordered and no attempt was made to resolve this. We were advised that the room type we booked was not available and no other rooms whatsoever. Subsequently as we were put in an accessible room our two young children could not have baths, we had to bend over to use the sink and the alarm cords kept being pulled by my 2 year old. To add to this the following morning the breakfast was abysmal, the food was over cooked, dry and my wife ordered an omelet which turned up burnt. Whilst a partial credit was offered as we had paid an inflated price for the room due to booking last minute they only credited down to what the room we had booked but did not receive usually was. Extremely disappointed, an underwhelming experience.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a clean and nicely decorated lovely room and bathroom. It was nice that it actually had a bath in the bathroom too as it's a luxurious thing to have after a day shopping in Edinburgh! Breakfast was nice and there are options for children too like the pancake machine. The only suggestion I would make is that whilst it's great that you can opt out of room service while you stay to go greener (which we did), there are no bins for recycling either in the rooms or hotel. THat does make it seem like they are environmentally friendly but only as far as it suits them. Other than that its a brilliant hotel and we would stay there again.

We had booked a familyroom. The room was located next to the ‘most hunted pub’ in Edinburgh which was noisy untill 3am - good room but not very restfull.

This was a great hotel to see the attractions in Edinburgh. It’s a nice short walk to the castle and close to many restaurants and transportation. The hotel is really comfortable and has an awesome breakfast! The staff was completely friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent meals and there is a nice fitness center and pool. The beds are comfortable. Our family really enjoyed this Radisson in City Centre, Edinburgh.

This Radisson was absolutely comfortable, had excellent food and a perfect location for my family. The sheets were soft, nice bathrooms, good fitness center, and friendly service. We would stay there again!

Noise from the pubs letting out between 2 and 3 am was a bother both nights. We booked a family room and it clearly wasnt thought out by whoever did the property layout. Family rooms should be on the otherside of the building not on the side of the backalley. Also was looking forward to using the steam ahower in the spa but the staff forgot to turn it on in the morning. Was dissapponted could not use it. Ran out of time before it could get to temperature.

We enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh and in Radisson Blu Hotel. Just couple of things went wrong. Our room was not ready for us when we check in at 3pm. When we got our room 45 minutes late. There we no beds for our two children and no bathroom towels for them too. Staff did quickly sort this out after hour of us going to front desk to complain. The receptionist wanted proof of how much I paid they also ask for £50 I hold fee too which we where not aware of. Radisson Blu Hotel advertise that under 12 get free welcome gift. My children never received this. The bathroom ceiling had dampness. The coffee machine was dirty. Breakfast was great. Waitress staff where kind and very quick with cleaning etc. we will be back but I don’t think the price and 4* rating for this hotel was right.
