We really liked this hotel. Big and comfortable. We traveled with family and stayed for 3 nights. It’s very close to the train station and to all the attractions. Breakfast was not included. The only problem was it was a little noisy. We stayed on the forth floor and still could hear the noise from the restaurant down there.

We LOVED this hotel. It was MINUTES away from the Royal Mile, but SUPER affordable. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work, but it was cool enough outside at night to just open the window. I would say this is a must-stay property if you are sight seeing in Edinburgh. Rooms are small, so if you are a family you may need more than one.
