The Balmoral Hotel

An amazing stay, from start to finish. Friendly, respectful staff greet you from the moment you are outside of the hotel, and this service is flawless throughout every experience inside. The food, at any time of the day, is simply exquisite. The spa was wonderfully relaxing, as was the facilities in the bedroom. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, for any occasion, it truly is one of a kind. With or without children, you will not be disappointed. It is worth every penny and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Balmoral. Its location is central to everything, and we walked everywhere. The heated floor in the bathroom was fantastic! We also loved that our family was given connecting rooms. Everything was easy! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all my family and friends!

Wonderful hotel, service was superb, we were upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise for my husbands 40th, breakfast and afternoon tea was fabulous and the location was perfect. If you are looking for a luxury stay then I would thoroughly recommend. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, top notch service and friendly, helpful staff. They had all sorts of great surprises for the kids and we had a fabulous spa time. The only downside is that any other hotels now pale in comparison!

We had a fantastic long weekend at The Balmoral with the family - everything was perfect. Travelling with a 2.5 year old can be daunting but the hotel and all employees made it so easy. It is minutes from the train stations and check in took no time at all - our room had lots of extras for our son including kids toiletries, a potty, a free teddy on his bed, his own robe etc. Etc. Etc. - kids under 5 get 50% off the kids menu which was also great (he had room service one night and thought he was a king!). The spa area welcomed him so kindly and he loved swimming in the pool. We will hopefully be back soon!
