Very very disappointed, given family room 12 bed looked like someone had eaten the bed, also someone must have fired a drink from the bed to the bins marks all up the walls and the dust sitting thick on the blinds and units, not to mention the stained cushions. A proper let down, we booked a family room through Expedia and when we arrived were told we owed another £40 for the kids as they were not included in the family room??? Moved to room 8 it was no better we we just said nothing they obviously sprayed air freshener in the room before we entered but didn't hide the fact the place was still filthy spiders everywhere and cobwebs.
