Crowne Plaza Belfast, an IHG Hotel

Everyone was fantastic. The staff went up and beyond to assist our family. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff were excellent. Bed was very small for an adult couple. We had twin room. Bed was adequate size for 2 kids.

Super hotel, great location for families. Excellent facilities too like the soft play room and the pool. You do need to book the pool. Naomi on check in was fantastic, very profession and friendly. In fact all staff were. Great food in the bar. Breakfast could've been warmer at the buffet in the morning. Unfortunately the changing rooms are not very appropriate for young children (no where to dress them privately? Staff in cleaning, Swim groups taking up the whole seats, literaly no where to change them except standing up?) I'd say this was the major downfall of the trip, as other people we freely and inappropriately getting dressed infront of children :( Couldn't use the family room,as only one. This issue needs looking into I'd say. Overall, super stay, great location and will be booking again!

Great stay. As a family this is definitely our hotel of choice in Belfast! With the pool and kids play room sure win for us! We have a roof box and all parking is above ground so no issue on height like many other hotels. Spacious rooms and always friendly staff! Convenient location for everything!

A great hotel for families , no complaints !

I have stayed here previously so thought I would book again this time with my wife and 2 kids. On the Saturday night there was a party until the early hours of the morning, we stayed in room 242 at the front of the hotel so experienced the full volume of the party! £400 for 2 nights and this experience was not great. I mentioned it on check out and was informed it would be reported back. Won’t be back.

The hotel staff were excellent, greeting the kids with little Easter egg bags and going out of their way to cater for my wife’s allergies at meal times. Particularly for us the property caters to families extremely well, offering a play room and pool which kept everyone entertained. Furthermore there is a lovely park walk just minutes from the hotel. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back.

I had booked a room for my daughter and family for my grandsons family but also booked a room for myself to surprise them. Everything about the stay was great. Rooms were spotless and any staff we came across were lovely.

Pool was so cold, kids could only stay in for a very short time before the teeth were chattering. You have to book a time slot in the pool and there is a ratio of adults-kids to be aware of. TVs are not smart TVs. Bar food was good, room service first class and breakfast was gorgeous (chef seemed to go to great lengths for dietary requirements). Staff all very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would prevent us returning is the cold pool.
