Best Western Plus Pinewood Manchester Airport-Wilmslow Hotel

Was woken at 3am by a child in the next room who proceeded to run up and down screaming in the room for over 2 hours. Called the reception to ask them to speak to the family in the room as I was trying to sleep as I had a long onward journey the next day and was advised that they were leaving for the airport soon. I also complained the next morning but was just told sorry. Room it's self was clean and tidy. But had a terrible sleep.

Visiting family last minute for a death so had to find a hotel urgently a day before. Hotel was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. I requested a cot in the superior room and was very impressed with the size of the room and cot already positioned near the bed. Excellent service throughout and breakfast option was full continental and perfect! overall a very pleasent stay with my family - will book again with no hesitation next time i am in manchester!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and the room was really good. Only a couple of complaints. First, we had ordered breakfast to be delivered to our room and it was delayed by 20 minutes. Second, we had noted that we had a little baby with us, and they gave a room where you had to go down 4 steps to reach it. Not ideal when you have a child, plus luggage...

Overall this is a nice hotel. The car parking was easy but the route from the carpark to reception was a bit confusing as we walked through the bar through a wedding reception that had spilled out from the wedding suite . if you can imagine dragging suitcases passed women in party dresses and men in suits it felt odd ! The lift was also broken but to be fair the porter service was available and offered. The room was a family room with king size and single beds and we all agreed they were comfortable. The room was quite clean with just a hint of mould stain at the top of the bath tiles. Room facilities were good with tea, coffee, iron hair drier etc. The real drawback was the noise from the wedding party and eventually the room next door where a toddler was crying late into the night and from about 6 am too! To be fair we didn't complain and maybe we should have. Breakfast was excellent in modern surrounding s with lots on offer. I'd use this hotel again.
