Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester, Airport

Wonderful hotel. Stayed here for one night as a family of six before an early flight the next day. The hotel fulfilled our requests which included adjoining rooms with an internal door, one room having a double and a single and the other having three singles. Kids enjoyed the pool. There was a fairly busy road outside and obviously there were aeroplanes flying overhead, but we didnt hear a thing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's a quick walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 2. I had messaged the hotel several times to request connecting rooms a few weeks before travel but never got a response. At the hotel counter, I asked again for connecting rooms to which I was assured that they were. When I received the key cards, I noticed the room numbers were at least 3 or 4 doors apart, so I asked the counter staff if they were indeed connecting rooms. I was told that yes, he is going to send a colleague up soon to unlock the connecting door. It sounded strange but I didn't question it at that time. We happily went upstairs only to find out that they were separate rooms 4 doors apart. We were disappointed about getting alluded to receiving connecting rooms. I called the counter to see if the situation could be rectified and this time I was told that there's a conference nearby and that the hotel is fully booked. I just wondered why I wasn't told this the first time around. It's a huge inconvenience having 2 jet-lagged kids under 10 without connecting rooms, but thankfully it's just an overnight stay. Needless to say, we went back and forth between both rooms and wished we could've avoided the trouble.

We stayed here the night before we went on holiday and it was the best thing we did. The hotel was fabulous and the connecting tunnel to the airport is genius. We had food in the restaurant in which the receptionist gave us a 10% voucher when we checked in that was lovely. The staff and food there was great. The room was big enough for a family of three. Very comfortable and clean. I will be definitely booking again.

Room was very comfortable. Impeccably clean and well maintained. We had a junior suite and appreciated the extra space and comfort of the corner sofa and a view of the runway. The bed was very comfortable and a massive bathroom. Toiletries were individual plastic miniatures would have been better to have larger wall mounted bottles for eco credentials. Are in the restaurant where service was very poor. No friendliness, greeting or even checking if food was ok and over priced even for an airport hotel.

really enjoyed our stay as a family, we booked the hotel mainly so we could take our daughter swimming and the facilities were all really good, only negative is that the hotel is cashless which is annoying

This was the second time myself and my kids have stayed here, the customer service is absolutely amazing and are the rooms, the restaurant and bar are also really good, and location is 5 star

Quick check in, pool and spa area good, but full of kids, so impossible to swim. Pricey bar and we didn’t use the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable, for a stopover before a flight it ticked the boxes we needed.

Lovely hotel and great rooms for families

Got to the hotel after a long drive to say that our room wasn’t ready and gave us bar vouchers to get a drink. The queue at the bar was ridiculous and not enough staff on. Bar too small for hotel and ended up sat with another family which was nice of them to let us. Ended up going to room after meal as wasn’t worth the hassle to get a drink

Really good one night stay with friendly staff on reception. Helped us out with parking when family dropped us off.
