Lovely hotel and great rooms for families

Got to the hotel after a long drive to say that our room wasn’t ready and gave us bar vouchers to get a drink. The queue at the bar was ridiculous and not enough staff on. Bar too small for hotel and ended up sat with another family which was nice of them to let us. Ended up going to room after meal as wasn’t worth the hassle to get a drink

Really good one night stay with friendly staff on reception. Helped us out with parking when family dropped us off.

Stayed the night before we flew for a family holiday. Room was lovely; hotel restaurant was gorgeous and the food and wine was great; service brilliant… I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Milosh the night manager was excellent at sorting a problem that the Radisson blu at Manchester Airport had with our booking. We had booked and requested a fold down bed weeks ahead of our reservation. Checked in at 5pm and reminded check in clerk that would need a n extra bed for a child. Didn’t hear anything and at 10 pm called reception as my son needed to sleep. No more fold down beds available. Tried to go to sleep with three of us in the double bed. Then at 10.30 Milosh knocked on our door and offered us a suite with enough beds at no extra cost. We all had a good nights sleep in the suite and travelled onward the next day well rested.
