Overall for a luxury stay it was just ok , the room was nice and big absolutely roasting thou the covers are far to heavy for the bed . The masons bar menu has a limited menu the food was average at best , the kids buffet was cold and hard . We also payed for our meal in cash but when checking out they said it was a balance on our room , have disputed that . There was also a prom on or some sort of graduation kids everywhere which is absolutely fine but glass broken and empty vodka bottles on the seats outside in the morning , breakfast was very average for a luxury stay wouldn’t recommend overall sorry

I'm a regular at this hotel for work but on this occasion it was for leisure pre-early morning flight. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The free cookie on arrival delighted my hubby who is like an excited kid with anything like that. The hotel is spotless and the food here has always been excellent. The hotel itself is a short walk over from the bus station and there is a shuttle that operates from 3am which you can book and pay for using the link provided by the QR code in your room. 100% recommend this hotel.

Lovely family run easy going hotel. Modern rooms with nice views of lake Garda from the balcony. Excellent location to access any of the local towns. Would recommend having a hire car.

Great room great location - food was great and restaurant staff too (little bit expensive) but service was top notch. The only slight negative was noise from the corridor with inconsiderate noisy families - may quiet floors could improve that

We stayed for one night and it was lovely, every single member of staff was so kind, welcoming and happy. They had a little christmas treasure hunt on for the children which i thought was fantastic. They also had a little play room which was a bonus as i didnt know it was there. Two minor negatives- firstly i had to pay extra on top of my booking to park my car in their car park which i was unaware of and secondly our room had a bit of a urine odour, housekeeper came to try and rectify this but wasnt able to do so and unfortunately the window in our room was broken and so wouldnt open.

Hotel is clean apart from a strong bad smell on level 3 where our room was, staff were aware and trying to fix. Room didn’t have enough towels or pillows for our family, quick call to housekeeping and they brought some straight up. Fantastic breakfast. Tip you need to pre book the hotel shuttle from the airport (this is mentioned nowhere).

I had more of a problem with Expedia. They charged triple what the hotel does. Saying a family suite and charging me more for refurbished. Wasn’t. And a tiny room for 6 people. I slept on a twin horribly uncomfortable pullout with my daughter- my feet off the edges. Way too much to charge Expedia. Thankfully quick stay. Hotel staff are awesome room was clean. Not refurbished and definitely not a family suite! No room to move w 6! Again for half the price would have been ok. Spoke to Expedia. Refused to do anything.

The family room we had wasn’t the cleanest. The bedding was fine but the room was dusty and the bathroom smelt like the previous person had been smoking in it. As it was 1 night and was trav king the next day I couldn’t be bothered to ask for a new room. Bar area and restaurant there was no issues and breakfast had plenty Ty of choice.
