Clean rooms and areas the man behind desk needs to sort his attitude out but all other member were very helpful Noise up above us from screaming kids didn’t help whilst we were up at 4am for work but not hotels fault

Great stay, fantastic price for a family stay! Only let down was the food places at the services were all closed due to deliveries. But the hotel itself was great!

How has this place got reviews at all! I’m not a fussy person but we left and drove home for 5 hours rather than stay here. It’s a Dump. We booked 2 rooms and both were filthy, towels had been evidently used and put back. Stains all over the carpets. Dirty tissue chucked on the top of the wardrobe. This is before mentioning the poor kept decoration of this place. Room 2, as above but added to the stench of nit lotion. I was not expecting perfect, it’s cheap and cheerful BUT I do expect clean at least. No parent would ever let there kids stay in this place.

The rooms and service were excellent. We had a bad experience on our last night with noise from children next door running up and down and screaming at pasted twelve at night. The night porter did do his best to try and make them be considerate of others around them but to no avail.

Friendly greeting and lovely room .there was three of us and the spare bed was very low but everything else was great. We were lucky that we had disabled parking but if their was none parking would be a problem. Did get woken at 5.30am by child running around in room above but not hotel fault. Can’t fault the hotel or staff at all they are brilliant

This is a basic service station hotel, but perfectly fine with very welcoming staff & reasonably priced. We had a family room which had two great low level beds for children. Our only issue was that the room smelt of damp, but it really didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast was at the service station itself & again ok.

This is the third time we have stayed here. The service is great, nothing is too much for the staff and they were very friendly. The room was comfortable, it was clean and comfortable. We will be back again as it is so convenient to visit Both family and the beach at Weston.
