I have been very upset, i state my kids ages are 13 and 14 but they not fit in those beds, so i have to book another room to spend £100 So that was way expensive stay for us. Very bad

Staff here made us feel very welcome. From sorting our room when we needed a 3rd bed to cheering up my kid with hot chocolate after a long drive to get there. Clean rooms, nice breakfast area and a small bar area. Close to shops and town. Would definitely stay here again

Is was our family vacation and we chose this hotel in st Albans. Nice location. 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Beds and pillows were very comfy and clean. Kudos to Biriki, the lady on reception desk. She is the one who made our stay more pleasant. Her courteous and helpful nature won our hearts. Breakfast is good and the staff there is friendly Request I ask for are... As we travelled from Canada, please provide electric outlet to charge phone. Some times travellers forget to bring one.

We stayed for the weekend for a family wedding locally. The staff were very helpful and gave us an option for late check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was excellent. We had a family room which was comfortable for us with 2 young children. Breakfast and free on site parking included. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great base for nearby attractions and for visiting London with good rail links within a short distance.

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Very helpful. Our only issue was the kids running up and down the hallway. Not great at 6.30 onwards. Just what was needed by other guests…
