Checked in with my 1 year old and my mum late afternoon and the room wasn’t the one i booked with the big bed! They asked if i want 2 twins but with my little one being poorly that wasn’t an option because she can fall from a tiny bed! They gave me cot bed which was broken! The heating didn’t work! So they had an old small heater that put on instead! The room was so cold all night. So paid £144 without breakfast, but i had to pay extra £30 which i had to because i had to give my baby girl something to eat. Very poor quality and no many options

Was OK, room was small, quite dated but clean, fairly comfortable but not overly, heating was intermittent and the shower was troublesome. It served a purpose for us, somewhere to stay while dealing with a family illness, we didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on that and the weather was terrible which was plainly no one's fault but meant we couldn't enjoy the expansive grounds (had we the time).

Booked for a couples night away, hotel grounds are beautiful, peaceful and the room was spacious. Couldn’t stay overnight as child was ill, so we had to leave. But for the time we was there, we enjoyed our time.

The room was expensive for what we had, a party of wedding guests were shouting and children screaming below our room late saturday night. Breakfast was over priced for what we could have. No toiletries in room. Lovely grounds and very nice staff
