It was horrible. Our daughter suffers with a milk allergy, we asked the restaurant to provide an allergen menu to cater for her which they did not have. They said they can just ask the chef which was not good enough, and totally illegal. If your children or yourself have an allergy, don’t eat or stay, will never be staying again.

Overall disappointing. Safe in room didn’t work so I was delayed going to dinner, in the end took my bag and valuables with me. Had tried to order room service but no one answered the phone. Reception were going to send someone to fix the safe but they never arrived, they put me through to room service who advised a 40 minute wait. Wake up call didn’t get answered so in the end I asked my family to check I was up for the flight.

Checkin delayed to 10:30pm, no bed for a child on reservation or linen. (Arrived at 11pm). Broken - Plug for bath, therefore no bath. Broken - Heating / Cooling Broken coffee machine I would have been better sleeping in the car.
