We had to leave early because of a family emergency the hotel did not offer any type of full or partial refund. We left st 8pm did not stay the night.

The service was mostly good. Some staff (security) was very helpful. I once made a taxi booking and had to end up calling the taxi myself as a booking was never made with the taxi. But overall it it was a good experience. The rooms generally are great, but they can do with better duvets. The bottom floor and entertainment is very good, and the hotel is definitely kid-friendly.
