Went for the spa , not a spa at all changing rooms in need off repair no lockers lock so clothes and shoes left everywhere, no beds to sit around the pool area and full off kids no one checks area so kids go in jacuzzi. No towels available as washing machine was broke. Area off hotel not that clean food waste and food spills but lifts. Breakfast bacon was horrible, food not filled up quick enough, ie eggs , beans ect and juices . Staff in food area rude. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Windows in the room were realy bad need replacing. Would not stay again.

Clean and comfortable. An ideal base for visiting family. Not a cheap place to stay and a bit disappointing that car parking is extra.

Terrible experience it was the first but definitely the last time we stay here. Standard Rooms very dated and tiny for a family of 3. Toni receptionist was very friendly and accommodating after complaining several times.

The beds are very comfortable but very disappointed in the size of the so called executive room, we were meant to have robes, we only had 1, my husband & I had organized the weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday with my family, I booked 3 executive rooms with river view, only our room had a view, my sisters had to hang their heads out the window to see the river. What really upset me, the booking DID NOT inform us that the executive rooms included the use of the executive lounge which meant we had NO idea that we had continental breakfast included and drinks all day, the first morning we all went out for breakfast. The second night we had a meal in the hotel restaurant and it was our waiter who informed us about the breakfast . I blame Hotels.Com for not making it clear what was included, also the Hotel for not telling us. The bar area only had one area where you can seat 6 of us but this area was always taken up by either 2 or 4 people, we went to bed early so my 2 sisters & partners could sit comfortably for a night cap, the same thing happened 2nd night, at least the last morning we all had a lovely breakfast in the executive lounge. I'm not saying I would never stay at this hotel again, the hotel was in a good position and comfortable & friendly . It was a disappointing stay seeing I had organised it for the 6 of us.
