The room looked tired stains on carpet and used tissue in the pocket of the robe. We arrived after booking online to find that the accessible room I had booked for a disabled family member had been cancelled . The lady on the desk was fantastic and sorted it we stayed in room 419 but 415 looked to have been refurbished and fresh look while 419 was sub standard with a dirty looking warm blanket in the drawers that my dog had slept on better we normally love future inn after spending over 12 nights in 3 years either at Bristol or Cardiff and most frequent Plymouth . I would not say I wouldn’t stay again but not as keen as before we also wroke at 8am to a maid knocking on the door wanting to clean the room

The property was lovely, the room was great and very clean. The problem was a massive 3 day party by traveller community. They were all drunk, aggressive, kids running riot on all levels during the evening and night. Blocking lifts, nappies left everywhere. Broken bottles and half eaten food in stairwells and at various areas on the accommodation levels. Urinating outside and up against restaurant windows. Staff were run ragged because of them so guest service was exceptionally slow. Police were called....eventually. Would have been lovely without them

On arrival, ample huge free car parking and disabled parking near entrance. Remember to log your car registration number at reception or you will face a £100 fine. Easy to register though. Lovely big reception area with swift polite check in although older woman on front desk was a little brittle. Young chap was lovely. Really spacious corridors for a mobility scooter to turn around. Two large lifts took us to our room which consisted of two double beds which were very clean and comfy. Bathroom was beautiful although in the bathroom was a small door which separated the toilet making it very tiny so no good if disabled. Very strange because you still have to go into the bathroom to access toilet so no idea why you would make the bathroom smaller by walling off the toilet? Lovely tee/coffee, chocolates, biscuits and bottled water, wine glasses and ice bucket. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge but no real problem for us, just would be a small luxury. Restaurant food was nice albeit a little overpriced and my daughter being 13, would have preferred children's options which there were none. Service was swift and very friendly. Decor in restaurant was lovely with a nice bar area and lounge to sit if you didn't want to eat. Plenty of outdoor tables and chairs. (Oh, it's right next door to the shop the 'Range' for all you shopaholics and only 10 minute easy drive into Plymouth city centre. Overall a very lovely stay indeed and we will be returning for sure.

Good ideal place for Derriford Hospital or Plymouth Marjon. Would stay there again. Two comfy Queen size beds meant the family could stay there easily.

Just an overnight stay, visiting friends and family. Great size room, good facilities, friendly and professional staff. A really good supply of hot water in the bath/shower. All in all very comfortable and good value for money - we would stay here again.

We always stay here when my children are competing in Plymouth. Hotel is great. Clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is room service took ages. Tied and hungry kids and the food took nearly 1hr 45mins!

The man on the welcome desk was cheerful and very helpful. Our room was huge and bathroom very spacious whoch was very helpful as i was travelling with an infant. My one suggestion for improvement would be that you provide a cot sheet for the cot rather than a single fitted sheet folded in half - or that future customers take their own! I liked that extra blankets and a soft throw were added to the room - whether this was due to me requesting a cot or the arctic weather i do not know but either way i thought it was a nice touch. All in all i would higy recommend Future Inn Plymouth and will seek out Future Inns in the.......future!
