Online check-in system asked for payment details and double charged the room charge. The reception staff was saying that I was not giving her response and asked me to respond to her while I was busy looking for the details for booking for another room of my family. What a impatient and impolite reception. Poor hospitality.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel with a family or on business during weekend periods. The room we stayed in was very noisy and music could be heard into the early hours of the morning from outside. There was also lots of noise from drunken guests staying at the hotel. The accommodation was however clean and comfortable apart from the noise. We also stayed for breakfast and there was a good selection available which was very good for the price. Not one of the four members of staff on duty in the restaurant greeted or acknowledged us throughout breakfast. In summary pros are location, cleanliness and bed comfort. Cons noisy, not recommended for family or business, staff training required.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The man and woman on the front desk who checked us in when we first arrived were really lovely, even though our young children were playing up a bit as it was late. The lady the next day when we checked out was also really lovely and accommodating with the kids. Breakfast was awesome too!

Stay was fantastic, food was great and the staff were all brilliant. It was delightful to see their interactions with other guests, particularly families with young children. There was an issue with my check out date being input correctly, which resulted in my card being deactivated, but mistakes happen, and I'm sure it's not a regular occurence.
