Stock Exchange Hotel

The hotel is advertised as luxury, but I do not agree. When we first arrived we were shown to a room that felt & looked like a jail cell. We called down to complain as the bed was a double, however the staff were adamant it was king. It was not. We sleep in a king at home. However, this was dealt with & we were shown to another room. *bathroom had no mirror or ventilation *bed and pillows uncomfortable *whilst some staff were nice and helpful, a few members were rude. Including one particular Asian lady who thought it was okay to be rude to me and reprimand me like a child for asking for a late check out (which we would’ve paid for) to accommodate my baby’s lunchtime. We were then called 30mins before checkout to remind us to leave - trust me, we didn’t want to stay in the room any longer than we needed to * breakfast limited in room which isn’t great if you’re vegetarian Overall, I’d give it 3/5
