First visit. Had a gig at Manchester Apollo. Is within walking distance. Really lovely hotel. Ate in the evening & had breakfast. Great food. Had a family room for 4 of us. Again, great room. Only downside was, only 2 towels, 2 cups & not enough drinks for the 4 of us. Would definitely recommend & would stay again. Thank you.

Amazing hotel and the Junior suite was perfect for a family stay. Close to the Piccadilly station and Piccadilly center. Lot of shopping close by and restaurants. Excellent breakfast & amazing staff and we will come back to stay here.

Great location being opposite train station and close to China town. Room was spacious for junior suite and clean bathroom. Had to pay for 48hours parking for the ncp hotel recommends to use even though we didn’t use it for that long which was a shame as we felt we got ripped off. Next time I’ll find somewhere else that will be cheaper.

It’s tough to find a hotel where we can stay as a family with all four of us in the same room. This hotel was clearly the best weve found so far. On top of the comfort of our room, we had a stunning view of Manchester from our window.

Gerry at reception was so helpful and friendly. We were travelling with a baby and were able to check in early on arrival which was great. Hotel is in excellent location beside Piccadilly station and close to shops, restaurants etc..

Lobby was nice, staff was nice and friendly, breakfast was good, location handy and room clean. I didn’t like the beds and pillows especially, they were too hard for us. Most of all I was disappointed for getting a smaller room than we had booked. We booked a suite of 49 m2 for our family but didn’t get it. The room we got was a junior suite of 30 something square meters so it was very small for 4 people. The side of the room was the reason we chose this hotel. I feel we were fooled by hotels.com so please be aware when booking a suite.
