The rooms were very small they did not cater for 4 people per room. I asked for single beds for the 4 people . It should have been two double beds as what I paid for . They gave a sofa bed and a double bed There was so much dust we was unable to sleep it was a very bad night since peoples allergies were flaring up and had red eyes sneezing etc We asked for a bigger room as the pictures showed bigger rooms and we did not get this and the fact we only had one double bed for four people The manager I spoke to said do I want to cancel my reservation That was his response and his poor customer service skills I was very upset and cried to the way he spoke since it was my hen and I wanted a good time and good stay but I did not get this My family members who I wanted to have a good time We’re not able to and they criticised the hotel because of this treatment and how they had to sleep in rooms small and not big enough to cater for them and the dust and uncleanliness leading to most getting ill.

Hotel is very clean and modern, and in a brilliant location. Very easy to walk to shopping/restaurants or get the tram. Room was small but great for just the two of us. Would have been a squeeze to put even a child on the pull out couch, and the bathroom is teeny, but the shower was great which made up for it. Good sized towels too! Bed was very comfy, and was great that we could adjust the tv position to suit us, though we couldn’t pair to the tv and there were some channels that didn’t work. Didn’t watch much tv though so it wasn’t a really problem. Little kitchenette was brilliant, and if we’d been staying longer than a couple of nights, we would have used it more. Lovely to have a Nespresso machine instead of horrible little packets of instant coffee. The toiletries provided were nice, though the smell was quite strong and I can imagine they would be quite offensive if you didn’t like ginger. Not a deal breaker, but they’re just quite distinct! Didn’t try the gym or use the laundry room, and only went for a quick look at the restaurant. Didn’t really understand what we were supposed to do (self serve?) so left sharpish. There are plenty of places to eat and drink outside of the hotel though, so we weren’t really fussed…just being nosy! All in all, a great stay and would recommend.
