Clean, comfortable, safe, central (station and town centre about 10min walk either way), helpful staff. Bar was a bit expensive but that’s hotels for you! Didn’t eat there as we had a family event on. Tea, coffee etc in rooms was well supplied. Nespresso machine in room. Safe and fridge in room. Toiletries good quality. Bed excellent. Air con worked.

The hotel was easy to get to from both train stations (Oxford and Piccadilly). The interiors were modern and jazzy, staff were helpful and friendly. I loved the location as it was next to Chinatown and the Northern quarter and highly rated eating spots were aplenty. I was unsure if I was given any VIP perks (as per Expedia) as I was not told but nevertheless, my room was comfortable - I had the best few nights of sleep, compared to any other hotels. I am already planning to re-visit with my family!

Great stay, the hotel bedrooms were beautiful and I loved the bathroom. We had a Cocktail in the bar, they had a great, different selection. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was £17 each - including for kids. Granted, it was busy because the weather was bad, but they ran out of Hash Browns, Fried Eggs and Pastries.
