family bedroom was too small. can barely move around. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. woke up several times during the night because of discomfort. have to book another single room for the sister so she can rest better. air conditioning automatically turns off at midnight i think. have to turn it on again as wakes me up feeling hot.

Great place, not very expensive for London, quite good location with access to downtown. Take DLR from Limehouse, which is right around the corner, but you will need to get on another train to get to the main attractions, all in all about 30-40 min. Room was quite cold though, especially since the heating turns off during day and also during night. Sofa bed is hard for adults, children should be fine. Breakfast is what can be expected from a Holiday Inn, good enough to get some food, but nothing special.

Friendly welcome and good sized rooms. 10 min walk to the DLR so easy to get into the City. Breakfast was great with a good selection and lots of it. Only negatives was a false fire alarm during the night which terrified my family and beware, google maps takes you to the rear of the hotel which is locked. You need to enter the from front main road for the car park. Also onsite parking is £20. If you use the Just Parking app, it’s half the price per night.
