Views are great and so is initial inside look but lifts are small and family of 5 plus bags is not happening. Giving cookies out without asking if there are allergies is dangerous. 12.5% service charge for poor service in restaurant is excessive, rooms little dated no usb charging points and no robes as advertised. However getting a ferry to and from hotel is quite quirky and kids loved it. If its a base for going around and resting your head then perfect.

The hotel had lovely decor and great sized family rooms but the bathroom needed a good clean and not shower gel ! The water taxi was a great way to get to canary warf ! good stay and my family enjoyed it! be aware of a hold charge the hotel will charge when you check in

Had a fab time staying for our sons birthday celebrations in London. As a family of 5 its alwayd hard to find a room to fit us all in. Famtastic room with balcony and very grateful for my request to make it soecial for sons birthday were actioned. Balloons in the room were a lovely touch. Our boys loved the free ferry ride - mafe it feel very special and s real adventure. Only regret is we didnt stay longer. Thank you

I had gone with my family to celebrate New Year. For my stay I booked the Doubletree by Hilton through Hotels.com There was no room service in the hotel and even the room heater in our room was not working for 3 nights due to which my 3 children had to face a lot of trouble. Due to cold, one of my daughters has caught cold.

Nice hotel and location with its own ferry to canary wharf. We booked junior suite which was very good with superb views over to canary wharf. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful. Only complaint is the room heating is very poor and took ages to get upto temperature and the controls are not clearly labelled.

We booked and prepaid for a two bedroom suite and the reception staff without informing us just provided us with a normal hotel room. We returned to reception and after some discussion the hotel did provide us with two standard rooms as a compromise. Another issue is that the website says there is parking with 100 spaces. This is not very accurate there is very limited parking in very small spaces - not usable for a family car
