The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa

It’s perfect place for family , very near to central London and price is very reasonable

I didn’t like how the manager at the restaurant treated us. I felt like I am being watched for what I am eating and the minute you step in the breakfast room, he tells you, it’s not covered! You have to pay for it. I went with the intention to pay because I wanted to go to different place every day. Also, for the swimming pool, I was not allowed to bring my 3 children, they said one adult per two children for safety reasons. I had to leave one of my children in the room because they’re saying I am will not be able to supervise three children at a time. it was ridiculous!😡

Great hotel; enjoyed our family trip. Breakfast was great, superb location.

As I family we enjoyed adjoining rooms 615 and 617 we felt as though we had our own private apartment. Plenty of room and a friendly welcome for the children making their first visit to London feel fun.

The worst experience from - [ ] Start to finish . I had pre-check in so I would go through a smooth process of just having collect rooms keys and going to our rooms . However this was not the case so we had to check in again . Which took more than hour as the front desk staff had no clue as to what they were doing. At this point I was suffering a lot of pain . I have fibromyalgia . Symptoms including widespread pain. Ibs and chronic fatigue which is managed by medication. That’s why I had pre- check in . We had booked three rooms as we were going to see the gypsy kings that evening . A Mother’s Day gift from my two children . Our luggage was left in the lobby with my meds in it . We were informed that our luggage would be sent to our rooms straight away . As we proceeded to our room . My room was freezing cold and very stinky . It made me gag . I called reception to have room changed and asked for an ice bucket, as I need to warm the bottled water to take my meds . I also asked where my luggage was as my meds were in luggage . I was rudely spoken to by several staff by the names of Bianca, Asia . Bianca actually told me on the phone I need to respect them . I was shocked by the way she spoke to me. when all I asked for some consideration of my disability. I pleaded with them to bring my suitcase upstairs with my medication in it to my room as I was in severe pain and I needed to take it with warm water . Lovely stay at this hotel and especially their breakfast is amazing . We all enjoyed it including my 2 kids . Highly recommend this place if anyone is planning to visit London . Closer to most of the attractions and easy to commute as this place is closer to local transportation.

Booked two rooms at the hotel for a family trip to London. Upon arrival quick check in, receptionist upgraded one of the rooms unsure why but didn't complain. We wanted them close together and they were. Although upgraded the rooms didn't seem that much different apart from the view. The rooms were big, breakfast was good, good selection and variety. Used the pool once with the children, which was good. They have set timings which we had to enquire about, would be useful if that information was available. Location was good, figured out to get the best route was to get C3 bus from around the corner to Earls Court Station. This worked well for us anyway.

It’s a lovely experience staying at this hotel with two kids

Friendly helpful staff, good food in the hotel restaurant, nice breakfast, would recommend to family and friends will be staying again soon.

We’ve came here for our anniversary and the day we left my wife always cleans the room before we leave while cleaning my wife found a condom behind the bed, the bed we slept in with our 8 month old child
