Clean and bright hotel with a nice feel. We had a family room which was quite small but ok for one night. Great breakfast included! And all the staff were really friendly and helpful

The hotel was outside the busy city center, but only a few minutes walk to 2 tube stations on the District line and 1 station away from a transfer to the Piccadilly line. There were several good restaurants and take away options very close to the hotel. The free breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold options. The only downside was the size of the rooms, we had a double and a sofa bed for a family of 4 and there was not much room besides the beds. However, we did not spend a lot of time in our room. I would recommend staying here.

The room was a little small perhaps for four of us and the beds were also small, but otherwise the hotel was pretty good. The free breakfast was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Bus top around the corner took us right to Hyde Park Corner, which just happened to be near an Italian owned family Pizzeria which was superb!

We booked a room for the whole family. Missleading information. Reservation said 1Double Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed. At the end, it was a double bed, but single sofa, so we could not fit, and ended up paying double renting an additional room. People at front desk were nice, but information is missleading. Not happy at all with tge hotel.

Clean room, good bed and shower. Everything you could want in a family hotel plus great breakfast included. I would recommend.

Last week my family with two children have stayed at this hotel for five nights. Our room was in a newer part of the hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location good, bus around the corner. Few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Would stay there again.

Where to begin? We arrived at the property early at around 9am. Now I fully understand and that check-in doesn't officially start until 3pm. However, I don't understand why this property would have 5 families sit around in the lobby until 2:45pm before allowing anyone to check-in. Normally hotels would check their guests in as rooms become cleaned and available throughout the morning and early afternoon. I find it hard to believe, all rooms just magically become cleaned and available at 3pm. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of this trip was the lack of friendliness from the front desk staff. Now remind you, we arrived at the hotel early and was told we would need to wait until the room becomes available which is totally understandable, no issues. The staff did ask if we would like to leave our luggage and go out and sight see. However considering it was cold and raining and we just had a 9 hour Trans Atlantic flight we just wanted to stay in. Now the hotel breakfast was beginning to wrap up and I went to get a toast and orange juice for myself and daughter, when i was lectured by front desk representative Cassandra, which stated to me, "Sir, the breakfast doesn't start for you until tomorrow, but don't worry this is will be on us", in which i was extremely offended. If my piece of toast and orange juice is coming out of Cassandra's pay check, i would gladly have paid. The entire staff seemed unhappy and not friendly, with the exception of Marinlina, she was very helpful.

We had a lovely two night stay in Holiday Inn Express Earls Court as a family of three visiting London football stadiums. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a lovely selection of food for breakfast. It was very easily located via tube stations and we also spent time in the local area for dinner and drinks. We would definitely stay here again if visiting London.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, bed sheets and towels changed on a daily basis. Superb location, close to plenty of shops, restaurants and public commute. Highly recommended for families or solo travellers alike.

The hotel is really perfectly situated, near the tube - 7 minutes walk distance or you can also take a bus for 2 stops. The room is small but for few nights it was OK for us (2 adults + 2 kids). Room was clean and prepared every day when we got back. Breakfast was tipicaly english so there was a lack of better choice like ham, cheese etc.
