For those looking for a bit of energy, this is a great hotel. It was a hub of activity, with professional, attentive staff catering to customers from across the world. Great place to people watch, have drink or chat, and enjoy a meal. It really is perfect for its location on Leicester Square. I liked the modern, functional design. The only negative was a thin wall between me and a mother and her kids who screamed at one another until 12:30 a.m. Get some sound-blocking insulation between rooms, please. One particularly friendly staff member was Leo IV who greeted me and helped locate my car service for the journey to the airport…He made for a lovely departure without issues.

Great location, great staff and service. Only thing lacking is decent food and halal options. For example ordered pancakes but they were the thickest pancakes would be good to have a good description advising how thick they are. My child was disappointed. Room was cold again, and found out heating wasn't working so we were given a heater which was fine but shame the heating didn't work. Second time at the hotel and I would highly recommend- location is in the middle of hustle and bustle and great dining options in the surrounding.

Had a lovely room with view of skyline London. Nice and quiet room. Stayed for two nights. Great Location. Hotel is new and modern and all very clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be staying there again.

Weather was mostly raining, the place of the hotel is better for family with children, for older people is very noisy place.

There were multiple problems with our check in, although that was recognised at the time with a drink from the bar while they sorted it out, but it all meant we were very rushed getting ready to go out, and didn’t get much time to spend in our room until we returned from our night at the theatre. When we did get to our room we were tired and ready for bed, but despite everything being super clean and comfortable, the room smelled really bad. There must have been a drainage problem, it was like trying to sleep in a public toilet! We ended up sleeping with the window open, which meant noise (understandable in Leicester Square), and an early wake up call from the bin collectors! Overall a very poor sleep, and when we were in our pjs, tired and all unpacked, the last thing we wanted to do was move rooms, so we stayed put. The hotels response to this was to give us a business card with the name of someone we can contact next time we stayed there (no idea if we ever will to be honest, with two kids, staying in London is a rare treat). I’d also say, that despite facilities being for guests at weekends, it turned out you had to reserve a place at the rooftop bar, and even reserve a seat around the pool! So just felt like it was awkward, and “exclusive” (and not in a good way). I think they could do with more thought for the customer experience.

The hotel is not 5 star, you can't have a drink in the bar due to bookings. So was sent to the Gin Bar, We hate Gin. Booked the Spa for Sunday morning! Went to the Spa reception, Only to be shouted at! the lady was at the Juice bar and refused to walk over to us! As she was fed up with working reception and the Juice bar ! The rooms are tiny and have the worst lighting. Spot lights that blind you over the bed. The best part of the hotel is you can open the window and they make amazing cocktails! if you can get a seat in the bar area. we would not stay here again. We always have a family trip a few times a year in London, but this would not be our first choice. Really disappointed. Could go on but you can read the reviews online! which I wished we had read before booking.
