Our family of 4 traveling from US needed a room in London with 2 real beds(not one as a sleeper sofa) Hotels there call their rooms with just one bed a Double because of the size of the bed. So we needed a “Double Double”. They seem hard to find in London and this hotel has just 5, but theirs are absolutely perfect! The location is in the heart of where to be if you want to walk to most Must see tourist spots. There are tons of eating options fitting the diversity needs of a family right outside your door. It was great to walk to the many theaters just around the corner in any direction as well. The restaurant has an easy self serve breakfast too for quick mornings or sit down. The cleanings and turn downs were first class. The gym is exceptional and my whole family slept like babies in the very comfortable beds all night. The water pressure in showers was fantastic as well. It was more expensive than I normally spend but every penny worth it and would choose it hands down for our next visit. The St Martin London, made our week long London stay just perfect!

This is the second time we stayed with this property. The first time around the room was very spacious with 2 double beds, small sitting area, higher floors etc. This time the experience was very different. The room was small, dingy, right above an alleyway so was very noisy and the windows were against a brick wall and facing the windows of other building. So we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Making the room very dark and claustrophobic. There was barely any room to keep our luggage. I m not even sure how they sell this room to a family of four. Lastly our flight reach London in the morning and we had requested an early check in while we booked the room and by a separate email. B ut the hotel staff neither replied to our request non accommodated our request. They made us wait after the check in time to provide us the keys. We will look for other options next time we are in London.

Excellent visit. Staff was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. The service in the room was good. Our room was gigantic by London standards. Windows everywhere. Clean and modern. There wasn’t an overall bathroom door. With a family that would have been nice. Still it was large and updated. The location is terrific. Steps to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and Piccadilly. Easily walked to Parliament several times. Good access to several Tube stations. We’d definitely stay again.

Hospitality was great. The staff treated us like family. Getting Taxi or Room Service or Room Cleaning - everything was at superfast speed. Breakfast was great. Very central place - all popular places nearby- many walkable. Wonderful overall.

Nice boutique hotel. Good breakfast but personal was slow to fill up with food. We had a room with a queen size bed. It was too small so try to avoid them. A couple of days they didn’t clean our room. We had to call housekeeping to get it done and still on one occasion they forgot the towels so we had to call them again. The room was a bit responsive. We clearly heard the neighbours children cry or play from early morning. Not so sure we will come back on our next visit to London.
