We only stayed for one night. We had a lovely room on the second floor and everything that we’d expect from a good hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a continental buffet and cooked to order choice. It was quite expensive though and would have been nice to be included in the room rate. Our only criticism would be the bar / restaurant area which was in the basement. It catered for everyone including children, we would of liked an adult only area to relax in and enjoy a afternoon / evening drink.

Initial few days were excellent however we just moved rooms and they did not honor my request for a room far from the lift. The lift noise was a major problem during our stay last summer and the manager spoke to me promising they would make sure I would not encounter problems in the future- yet here we are again. Also, they left a note in my room addressed to someone else’s name welcoming them back- while I have never received one. And- as we switched rooms they didn’t think to include the items from the first room that we requested (child bathroom, child slippers). There is no attention to detail at this hotel and I believe it will likely be my last stay. For the price they charge per night, these are the basics that they need to get right to ensure loyalty year after year.

The room is very small. It's too small than I thought. Overall it was clean and in a very convenient location, but the noise from the elevator made me hard to sleep. Good place to stay for families with children, but not recommended for business/couples.

Great comfortable hotel in a cosy location and steps away from South Ken tube stop with districts, circle and piccadilly lines. There's a games room if you have kids and the bistro does lovely food and has a kid's menu.

If you want great service, give this hotel a try. We usually stay somewhere else in Covent Garden but were so happy with our stay we will come back. Great room with a balcony and made to feel like family with very welcoming staff.
