The Mews suite was not very accessible with a super steep and curved staircase to get to the room from the alley and it was not connected to the hotel - you had to exit the hotel and go around the side in the alley to find the door to the suite. Cool historical value to stay in former mews but would not recommend if you have a baby or for older guests. Just stay inside the hotel where the staff if lovely and there is a nice lift.

My husband and I stayed at The Pelham for 4 nights. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to the South Kensington tube station. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, too. I’m not sure which one because we didn’t take the bus. The Victoria and Albert museum is close by. We stayed in the junior suite which is about the size of a standard American hotel room. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed with a night stand on each side, desk, television on a stand and table and chairs. We also had a small walk in closet with shelves and space for hanging. There was a mini refrigerator and coffee pot that we did not use. The bathroom had a shower/tub, toilet and double sink. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
