Beautiful area, quieter than our previous stay in Mayfair, which was preferable coming with kids.

Perfect for a stay with family, 2 adults and 2 teens. We stayed in a 3 bed room and it was perfect for us. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the room was spotless and the water and biscuits were very welcome. Easy check in and efficient luggage storage on our check out day, Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Location is great. Service is not bad. However, we got the room next to the elevetor and it was horrible. All night, there were very loud sounds from the elevetor which made my entire family wake up. We stayed two nights but because of the loud elevetor noise, we couldn't sleep at all.

This hotel was just as advertised. We needed somewhere to stay near to the science museum after a long day in London. It had a great room set up, with a separate bedroom for the kids and another one for the adults. The shower was hot. The air-conditioning worked. The TVs worked. It was five minutes walk to the museums in the morning. Just what we needed.

Property is clean, however it backs to school so fairly loud with kids outside playing sports. Bathroom had no hooks at all which was quite odd, no place to hang the towels

Staff was great and upgraded me to a family room when I discovered my pre-booked room was not up to scratch. Parking is free after 1.30 on a Saturday and free all day Sunday. Lift was barely big enough for one person and one bag. In fact I wouldn’t advise anyone to take the lift, just take the stairs. Reception area has a great vibe and decor. Make sure you confirm your room is up to your expectation before turning up.

We stayed for three nights in a family room — two bedrooms and a bathroom. The location was convenient. The master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable; my shoulder hurt after sleeping on my side. The shower was tiny and narrow. There was no conditioner. All in all it was adequate at best.
