Great experience fantastic location and the reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again and bring our kids to show them the museums. Breakfast nice too

We came for a short city break to visit the science museum. The hotel is located very close to the tube and museums along with several restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until the moment we left. I would most definitely bring my family back for another stay!

Perfect place to stay with family for visiting museums and other sights. Hotel was very quiet, good breakfast and short walk to tube and lots of different restaurants.

Great location and hotel for our family vacation to London

This was the second time we stayed here. The service is excellent and the location is perfect for a family vacation. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming, which makes traveling with kids a lot easier.

Great value and very convenient - room very comfortable for family of 2 adults + 1 child and useful to have food options and play park nearby for the child!

Hotel is at great location, very walkable to various museums (V&A is right across the street) and shopping area (Harrods is only 10min walk), 5 min walk to subway station and many dining options, and at very reasonable price. We traveled as a family so requested connected rooms, this way kids were excited to have their own room and yet we could walk through the connected doors to check on them anytime. Hotel provided full English breakfast which was nice. Our rooms' bathrooms were all recently updated, and water pressure was great even on the top floor. We also requested the quiet rooms (facing inside hence not much of a view), but I heard the view facing the street can be quite nice. Though we stayed during the hottest week, the AC was working sufficiently fine, and hotel sent staff up to check on the issue very fast when we complained about AC making pumping noise. All in all it is a very nice hotel for family vacation.

location was very convenient, right across A$V museum, spa facilities were shared with children swimming club-not as expected, did not get a VIP service.

We loved staying at the Rembrandt m. The hotel staff was amazing. My daughter had a medical emergency and the staff took great care of her. They made sure the ambulance was called and the lobby room was cleared for her. I’d like to point out an amazing Staff member, his name is Neil. Neil did such an amazing job taking care of my family and I. He was very caring, thoughtful, and understanding. We really appreciated everything he did for us. We will definitely stay at the Rembrandt again.
