Incredible family time in the Kings Suite. Service top notch.

Taj at Buckingham by far one of the best properties we have stayed at. Accommodating to us and our 3 kids (13,11,11) the staff consistently went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids) could not have had a better stay in a Falconers 2 bed suite. We were close to the main sights and had loads of space in our suite to relax. The kitchen was invaluable for catering for small kids as we didn't need to eat out in the evenings. Comfortable beds and good showers. The hotel was very efficient at organising our restaurant reservation in Quilon (which was lovely) and sorting out a babysitter. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that also included 2 baths and even a kitchen. Everything was just perfect. The service just couldn't have been better, from the minute we arrived until we checked out. The staff just bent over backwards to accommodate any request, but they even seemed to anticipate our needs before we had to make a request. An example: I arrived with a slight medical problem (turned out to be nothing). The concierge brought up to our room a "home remedy" that her grandma used in the past! How sweet is that? Rooms were spotless and well-stocked. We were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruit as well as fresh flowers in the room. There was plenty of FREE bottled water in the room (when does that ever happen these days?). We loved and appreciated every single minute of our stay at the Taj. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in London.

We have a family of five (two adults and three teenage children). The Suite we stayed in was perfect--two bedrooms, two baths, a large living room/eating area and a kitchen. The Hotel is so centrally located we were able to walk practically everywhere in Central London. The amenities offered by the Hotel were very nice. At times, there was a lack of follow through by the staff with some of our requests, but overall it was a wonderful experience.

My family and I live the Taj. We love the accommodation in the residences, all that a family could want to feel at home while away from home. The facilities are fantastic, always spotlessly clean and in good working order. The staff are amazing, very warm, helpful and accommodating. Whenever my family and are in London we always stay at the Taj.
