St. Ermin’s hotel was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The service was impeccable and everyone always spoke kindly and were super helpful. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and they did everything they could to make it right. We booked the family room and the extra space made it so nice!! We will 100% stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit London!

Great location withinwalking dostance of most of rhe major sites. Our family room was comfortable and roomy enough for 5 adults to not feel cramped.

2 minutes from St. James underground, 5 minutes from Victoria underground.. a quiet neighborhood so close to Buckingham Palace, parks & pubs. Hotel had activities each day from 5pm to 6pm for adults (free wine time) & kids (crafts or animal farm!). Hotel bar & restaurant was great for breakfast or to unwind at night

Outstanding service. Delightful wine hour with family friendly entertainment. Fantastic scavenger hunt for kids. Tea and breakfast excellent. Storied hotel with historical displays and an apiary. Pull out couch/bed rather uncomfortable, otherwise a marvelous experience.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, convenient location, walking distance to many major attractions and Victoria coach station, but is located on a quiet street away from traffic. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the family room, having two bathrooms and two closets was a big plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast buffet had so many options and the food was delicious with outstanding service.

This is a beautiful, nonpretentiously luxurious and comfortable hotel in the perfect location. A three minute walk from the tube station and a 15 to 20 minute walk from many of London’s most popular attractions. The staff could not have been nicer and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The family suite worked perfectly for a family of five.

Our family stayed here with our 10 yo on his first international trip. This hotel is superb. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was very comfortable and well appointed with a great bed. We had nothing but great experiences with every aspect of the hotel from our room turn down to breakfast in the restaurant to afternoon high tea. The location is excellent for sight seeing with Westminster Abby and Parliament and Buckingham Palace all just a five minute walk away. St. James Park and palace are eighth behind the hotel and all the shopping and dining of Mayfair and Soho just beyond. I cannot recommend this hotel enough as a comfortable and convenient place for exploring London.

Lovely hotel in a quiet and safe area. Staff is outstanding and incredibly accommodating. Location is unbeatable- walking distance to just about all attractions, yet nestled away in a quiet area. Perfect choice for multi generational families. We will most definitely return when in London again. Keep up the good work!

We loved our stay. It's a very unique property that is in a great location but manages to stay secluded and feel private. The staff is superb with kids and I can't imagine a better place to stay in London for a family of four with two "big" kids. I sincerely hope to return and won't look any further.
