The walls and ceiling are so thing you can hear everything a particular problem in a basement room below the foyer. There are no wardrobes and only four hangars in the room. Only one towel per person and no tea and coffee making families in the room (you have to go to reception.) It also has an automated check in which tries to take your email to check you in which I refused. Finally breakfast consisted of off brand cereal, pasties, yogurts and the driest sausages I have seen in a while so it was a miss from me.

Great micro room for cheap stay in London while we saw the sights. Breakfast had good selection and didn’t charge for kids. Very central. Would recommend and stay again.
