Excellent all around experience. The staff was all so nice and helpful. We had a baby and they were patient and kind to us throughout our stay. The room was very nice and shockingly quiet despite the bustle outside. I saw some reviews complaining about noise but the windows were all sealed and it was very quiet.

Spent 4 days with the family (kids are 11 & 14). Check in was a breeze, the room had a mini bar which is essential for kids and parents who need to store snacks or food for the kiddos. The location was unbeatable. We took the underground to get around and it was basically at our door step. Perfect way to connect throughout the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom looked modern and had all the goodies. Wifi worked like it should. TV was meh. But I wasn’t there to watch tv. It was a quiet hotel, safe neighbourhood and super convenient. We were not put out at all. Totally recommend!

Hotel is well situated to St Pancreas but the area is not very family friendly.

We were given an accessible room (probably since we had 2 young kids and need more space). Our sink didn’t drain well, but they fixed it once we told them. The beds and pillows were comfortable and someone checked on us our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. Location was excellent.

The property was located directly across from St. Pancras train station/King's Cross underground station. Our junior suite was a nice size room for one adult with two adult/teen children.

My mum, sister and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate mums 75th birthday. We had the most amazing weekend. The hotel was ideally and conveniently situated for our short stay . The reception staff and night porter were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with our room. It’s definitely not 5 * as described . The carpet was dirty and ripped . The bathroom was generally clean but not to a high standard . The taps were all marked, the grooves in the shower tray and the heads of the shower were all limescale. You would never find that in a 5* hotel. The coffee machine was not suitable for the mugs and only peppermint and green tea were supplied. We read that the hotel was noisy in other reviews but we did not find this to be the case in our room and we all slept very well. The receptionist did tell us that the hotel is in the process of refurbishment and some of the rooms have still to be renovated . Our family room being one of those . We had breakfast on the first morning and it was one of the best I’ve had . The cocktail bar was a disappointment . They were unable to make 2 of the most basic cocktails as they did not have the ingredients - pina colada and strawberry daiquiri . We would happily stay in this hotel again but not sure they should be describing it as 5 *. It was the reception staff and the night porter that made our stay a memorable one .

Great hotel with quirky decor, large family room, free snacks and drinks in the room, close to transit to everywhere and near the British Museum and British Library. We had a great stay, staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location and very quiet despite being so close to the station and busy streets. Love the decor in the lobby, and the suite was the perfect amount of room for our family. The restaurant was good, service was slow on the last day.
