Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch

The concierge at this property is amazing. She made every effort to assure myself and especially my children were well looked after. This is without exaggeration my favourite hotel in London. We will always choose Nobu Shoreditch when visiting London.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel and the rooms are incredibly tasteful and comfortable. What stands out here though is the service. As soon as we checked, Lino, the front office manager, treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. He is a true credit to the Nobu. Thank you so much. We can’t to return.

Wish I could write a better review as we had a great family trip to London and Shoreditch is an amazing area. However we certainly did not get what we paid for at the Nobu. Rooms are pretty small, the AC did not work which made the room very hot at night, and the bed was uncomfortable, but the most annoying thing was the TV would turn off every couple of minutes! Also housekeeping kept forgetting to provide small wash cloths. We arranged for a taxi to the airport from the hotel and was told it would be a whopping 100 pounds and the taxi driver ended up charging us more than that. The area is great and the front desk staff is friendly. Unfortunately I think we just had bad luck with the room.
