What an amazing hotel and service. First time as a couple we stayed at this hotel. You have everything under one roof, like bowling alley, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cinema room and rooftop terrace! Perfect for couples, families or a weekend away with friends. All restaurants and bars are walking distance from the hotel. Got to give it a try! Would like to thank Edward and the indian hotel manager (apologies, we didn't get the name) for making our Anniversary weekend so special! We are looking forward to staying with you again very soon! Best regards, Kalsi

Hotel was clean and well presented. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel would have been out of our budget normally but our apartment booking with VRBO did not exist on their site, so they have us a choice of hotels to stay for 1 night. The hotel was much further away from where we thought and the breakfast was not included... So we invited a lot of extras costs. It did feel like the hotel was under occupied.... Like no one in the bar. If I'd been paying for the hotel I would have pointed out a couple of maintenance issues...toilet over running and tap leaking. Leak spring through on the bathroom ceiling. I'm perhaps being overly criticizing as it wasn't the mini break I'd planned as staying in a hotel with family was not ideal when we wanted an apartment.

The building is lovely, clean and pleasant to be in. However, the restaurant and roof terrace was closed, which is not disclosed when booking. We booked a family room with two double beds and were told we had been 'upgraded' to a suite. This meant that my two 15 year old teens had been given camp beds. These were not big enough or supportive for two virtual adults and my daughter spent the night on the sofa. This was not acceptable for the price paid. The room was not properly made up, no bags in bins and only two cups, two milks and two tea/ coffee sachets for 4 people. More were supplied on request, but we shouldnt have had to. The bar was deserted and they had few drinks available. We ordered a coke and were given a small mixer bottle at full price. The breakfast is truely terrible at £17.50/ head. It is self service with paper cups for your hot drinks. All the pastries, cheeses and cereal had gone at 10am (serving until 11), there was no vegitarian offering or fried egg only powdered scrambled egg. Check out was poorly executed with a huge queue. Staff do not speak good english and it was hard to be understood at times. Alot of mischarges seemed to be going on and we were nearly charged for car parking we hadnt used. There is also a £50 breakages deosit, which causes great confusion to everyone at the desk. Not the sort of thing expected at a 5 star hotel charging these prices TBF. I would not recommend or stay again.
