Great stay at the Montcalm east. Super efficient and helpful staff at Check in. We only booked 20 mins before we arrived and that didn’t fluster them. Modern style, interiors modern facilities. We were given kids toiletries and a popcorn maker with kernels to make popcorn in the room which our 4 year old loved. Pool and spa facilities great to have. Good offer for breakfast. Staff very friendly. Would stay again

Great stay here with our family. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is great - near a tube station and in a cool area that is not overly touristy (Shoreditch). Highly recommend the family suite setup with two adjoining rooms. Lots of restaurant options in the area.

We had a great stay. We arrived early and the staff were more than happy to let us check into our room which is always much appreciated. We stayed in a junior suite and it was perfect for the 3 of us.

Air conditioning did not function properly. Had to change room during the night and had to make the beds for my children myself in the middle of the night. Personnel did not help and only offered a free breakfast to compensate…

Stayed in the junior suite. The room is spacious and has a good view. One of the most comfortable beds to wind down on, with sky tv to go along with it. The pool, gym, suana are just additional benefits of this great hotel.

Room type booked was not allocated on arrival. Hotel chosen as it had a spa with set timings for children to access the pool. This was not adhered to, as a consequence, spent the morning in the hotel room as spa area was too noisy.
