Hausd - Leicester Square

Beautiful apartment in a great location. A bit noisy and bright but perfect for our family.

My kid and I really enjoy staying at Hausd. This apartment makes this London trip truly memorable! It is in perfect location, close to grocery, surrounded by restaurants, in walking distance to the underground station, theaters, British Museum, Covent Market, and more. We love every minute of our stay!

This property was perfect for or week‘s stay with two of our grandchildren. The areas inside were spacious. having two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds was great. Whenever we needed assistance, the manager was always an email away and response was fast. Also, before we even left for our trip we had many informative emails, giving us pertinent information. Not having an elevator could be challenging for some. We knew this ahead of time and decided that the apartments location was more of a priority. We could walk to so many of our destinations and if not, the tube was very close. We had read before booking that the restaurants at street level were noisy. We did not find this to be so. Perhaps in the summer with windows open it would have been different. We give highest ratings for this property.

Property owners are hiding some vital information regarding the property: 1. Location: a back dark yard which is the other side of a lot of Chinese restaurants and the smell is horrible to the point it gets to the staircase and you can't open the windows because of it. 2. Apartment was located on the 4th floor no elevator. Had older family members to climb it. To say the least about my heavy luggage to carry up and down. 3. First night no lights on stairs. 4. Late night hours it doesn't feel safe to get to the building itself. So my experience was very bad. I have to add that it's the first time I encountered such a thing and rest of my stays around the world were very good.
