This is a great place to stay for families: air-conditioning, pool (tho kids times are limited during the week) and great breakfast!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Arnel, who manages the breakfast buffet, is a superb host, attentive, and astute at finding seating!! He is extremely friendly and personable, especially to children. It made breakfast a special treat!
The hotel is also situated literally across the street from the London Tower....a great safe location with great restaurants within walking distance.
In addition, this was a trip with our two grandsons and our anniversary as well. The hotel surprised us with special treats and a bottle of wine!!
This property has my highest recommendation!

Room was nice, bed comfy, although pillows were a bit too high. Loved that there were opening windows. Room was warm but we had a bit of fresh air circulating. Nice shower, and towels changed each day (I hung them up to be used again but they were changed anyway).
Hotel had nice ambiance and places to sit/ eat or drink. Didn’t have dinner but breakfast had plenty of choice and it was well presented and good. A bit pricey, if like me you don’t eat much breakfast.
Pool and jacuzzi were lovely too (they had child free times ). Unfortunately it got a bit busy when we were in so werent in for long.
Staff were lovely, helpful and efficient.
Nice hotel. Well situated- just across the road from the Tower of London and tower bridge, and next to Tower Hill underground station. Quite far out to walk if you are visiting trafalgar, Buckingham palace etc - it took us just under a hour from Trafalgar Square. We did walk it a couple of times in our 4 days. You can walk along the river which is quite nice. You can also get the sightseeing bus from across the road, so we used that one day and hopped on/off and back again. Great hotel - I'd definitely visit again.

Number one is that the underground station Tower Hill is very close. And the ferrys are 8 min walk away down to the pier. Our room was big and perfect with two kids. The TV had trouble streaming at first but just don’t use the QR code and you’ll be fine.
It was a fair price for the place and comfort. I recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Swimming pool very busy due to half term and sadly families not respecting the swimming lane which I would expect life guard to enforce but way too busy for him….but otherwise amazing

Great location for those that like to venture the Underground. Hotel staff very friendly & polite. Downside for us, is like a family hotel where there hundreds of children running around and some very unruly, this could be very annoying if your planning to relax. Breakfast buffet is very good for those big eaters. Overall experience was good but won't stay there again.

Our room wasn’t ready until 15:30 which is frustrating with children.
Whilst the reception and bar areas are beautiful, our room was pretty tatty. Dirty tiles in a dated bathroom and Luke warm water.
The spa is nice and the pool area is great. However it is pointless taking your children down there unless they like lane swimming quietly, you will be met with grumpy lifeguards if your children try to have fun during family swim times.
Overall pretty disappointing

Stayed here before going to Southampton for a cruise. Was a great place to stay and will recommend this hotel to families and friends. Will definitely stay there again.

We reserved two rooms and during our stay at 3:00 in the morning one of our rooms flooded (as well as other rooms). Even though they were aware of the problem they never woke us up- instead, one of us stepped in the flood in the middle of the night (clothes on the floor were also soaked). They never attempted to compensate us for our trouble by decreasing the rate of the stay. No- the people that work the front desk barely acknowledge anything - aside from looking at screens. If you like the location- there seemed to be other good options right across the street - that’s what i would recommend. Oh- and the halls are so hot in the building…it’s like a sauna, and I’m a freeze baby.

We had a lovely room overlooking tower bridge. We used the pool, sauna and steam room which were good but no staff monitoring and so other guests were allowing children in jacuzzi which I didn’t think was allowed. Also our room was not cleaned and clean towels were not provided in our two night visit. Again is this the norm nowadays? I had to ask for extra coffees and shower gel etc. Good location for visiting east of London etc
