Great neighborhood, nice staff, good breakfast. I am staying in a suite with my family and it is very spacious for four people with a place to work for myself and my husband in addition to a private bedroom, so we can close the door from the kids who are very comfy on a pull out bed.

Our family trip was great made even better by how helpful and kind the staff were. We would definitely consider returning for our stay based on the staff alone. The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was fantastic.

Room was a very generous size and easily fitted us as a family of four. It was clean and comfy and an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again.

We booked the room based on it saying King bed. We could have stayed anywhere and saved at least £50, but wanted a king bed as I’m pregnant and my husband is very tall so we need the extra space or we don’t sleep well. I had a work event the next day so needed a good nights sleep. We turned up and the bed was slightly larger than a double. I phoned reception, and the response was over and over “well those are the sizes of beds we have.” Eventually we were told “well that’s what we class as a king bed” and explained that they have different codes and sizes, and thats their version of a king. My husbands bed fell off the end of the bed, and the bathroom was awful, we had to be moved to a room at 10pm with twin beds so I could get a good nights sleep before work the next day. As it was our last stay in London before the baby came, and trying to run a work event feeling dreadful with morning sickness, none of this was ideal. It should not say King bed on the site when it is a slightly bigger double and I was very upset at the lack of explanation or apology, or willing to do anything about it. My husband had to go down to try and get a resolve which the staff seemed very unwilling to do.
